  Attn: International Bureau

  Dear Ms. Dortch:

Central Park Holding Company, LLC ("Central Park"), through its attorneys, hereby requests an
extension of sixty (60) days to complete the transfers of control authorized by the Federal
Communications Commission ("FCC") in response to the above—referenced applications.

On August 23, 2007, the FCC consented to Central Park‘s request to transfer control of
Cablevision Systems Corporation ("Cablevision") to Central Park and, as a result, authorized the
transfer of earth station licenses held by the following entities: (i) Rainbow Network
Communications, (ii) News 12 New Jersey L.L.C., (iii) News 12 The Bronx, LLC, (iv) News 12
Company, (v) News 12 Connecticut, Inc., and (vi) News 12 Westchester, Inc. Under Section
25.119(f) of the Commission‘s rules, assignments and transfers are required to be completed
within 60 days from the date of authorization." Therefore, the parties are otherwise required to
consummate the transfer of control by October 22, 2007.

A vote of the Cablevision shareholders approving the transaction is scheduled for October 24,
2007, two (2) days after the deadline for completing the contemplated transaction. Following
the scheduled shareholder vote, Central Park will require sufficient time and flexibility to close
the transaction, including securing financing and resolving any outstanding approval issues. As
a result, Central Park respectfully requests an extension of sixty (60) days to complete the
transfers of control authorized by the above—referenced Commission approvals.

  V 47 CFR. § 25.119(f).

The brief extension Central Park requests will not prejudice any party. In addition, approval of
this request will serve the public interest by facilitating the orderly transfer of control rather than
requiring a re—filing of the previously approved applications.

Please address any questions to the undersigned.

Sincerely.
