Request for Extension of Time to Consummate Transaction Dear Ms. Dortch: Inceptum 1 AS ("Inceptum"), by its attorneys and pursuant to Section 25.119(f) of the Commission‘s Rules, hereby requests a sixty—day extension of time to consummate the transfer of control authorized in the above—referenced proceeding.‘ In the Inceptum Ruling, the Commission granted applications for consent to the transfer of control to Inceptum of Telenor Satellite Services AS and its subsidiaries that hold Commission licenses and authorizations, finding that the parties had satisfied their burden of demonstrating that the proposed transaction was in the public interest. Id. at 1—2. No party has challenged that determination. Inceptum requests additional time to consummate the transaction pending completion of the European Commission‘s review of the merger. Grant of the requested extension will facilitate consummation of an acquisition that the Commission has already determined to be consistent with the public interest, convenience and necessity, and will permit prompt closing of the transaction once clearance from the European Commission has been received.
