Under Section 25.1 19(D of the Commission‘s octenin Rules,the transfer of control must be completed within 60 days of October 17, e Hertma by December 16, 2006. On behalf of KCCP Trust, we are hercby requesting a hows thity (30) day extension ofthe completion date. Bups frins The transfer of control of KCCP Trust is a component of‘a large noogonse transaction that involves the transferof numerous cable systems and assignments oftheir lcenses in the Business Radio, Cable Television Relay Station, Fixed Jotioaston Satellite and Fixed Microwave services (all of which have been approved by the (\\ Alntnicatieii Commission). The partis require additional ime to obtainlocal approvals $J m necessary for the transfer of certain ofthe cable systems involved in the 3 3 transaction.
