Washington, D.C. 20554 Re: Notification of Consummation Dear Mr. Nelson: Pursuant to Section 25.119(1) of the Commission‘s rules, AZ Asset Holdings 1, LLC ("AZ Asset") hercby notifies the Commission that TeleSpectra, Inc. ("Telespectra) has transferred control of ts interest in CNG Communications, Inc. (°CNG") to AZ Asset. On June 9, 2006, TeleSpectra filed application fle no. SES—T/C—20060609—00967 secking Commission consent to the pro forma transfer of control of its interest in CNG to AZ Asset. CNG is the licensee of earth stations £920004, E920021, E873739 and KFGI. The Commission consented to this application on June 16, 2006 (See Public Notice, Report No. $ES—00831, page 10). By this leter, AZ Asset notifies the Commission that the transfer of control was consummated on July 7, 2006. Therefore, AZ Asset hereby requests that the Commission consider this transaction completed: with respect to the above—referenced authorizations.
