("KIRO"), licensee of the above—referenced earth station, we hereby notify the Commission that as of December 16, 2005, Cox Enterprises, Inc. ("CEI"), which is KIRO‘s ultimate parent company, took all steps necessary to consummate the above— referenced pro forma transfer of control. As CEI explained in its transfer of control application, CEI inadvertently did not include E920450 as among the earth stations licenses affected by CEI‘s internal reorganization.
