Washington, DC 20554 Re: IB Docket No. 05-290; File No. SES-T/C-20051004-01371 Dear Ms. Dortch: Intelsat Holdings, Ltd., PanAmSat Licensee Corp. (“PanAmSat LC”), and PanAmSat H-2 Licensee Corp. (“PanAmSat H-2 LC”), by their attorneys, file this letter pursuant to Section 1.65 of the Federal Communications Commission’s (“FCC”) rules1 to update information concerning their above referenced pending application to transfer control of the FCC licenses and authorizations held by PanAmSat LC and PanAmSat H-2 LC (the “Transfer Application”). The Transfer Application was filed on September 30, 2005 and included a request for the transfer of control to Intelsat Holdings, Ltd. of licenses granted to PanAmSat LC during the Commission’s consideration of the Transfer Application.2 A new earth station license (E050311) was granted to PanAmSat LC after the Transfer Application was filed -- on November 28, 2005.3 It is respectfully requested, therefore, that the FCC take the new license into account in its processing of the Transfer Application.
