(formerly known as SkyTerra Holdings, Inc.) ("Hughes") and SkyTerra Communications, Inc. ("SkyTerra"), parties to an application to transfer control of HNS License Sub, Limited ("HNS Limited"), a wholly—owned subsidiary of Hughes Network Systems, LLC and the licensee of certain earth station authorizations used in connection with the business of providing VSAT services and manufacturing communications equipment, we hereby notify the Federal Communications Commission that consummation of the transfer of control of HNS Limited from SkyTerra to Hughes occurred on February 21, 2006.
