SES—T/C—20050628— 00838, SES—T/C—20050628—00839; WB File No. 0002221736 Dear Ms. Dortch: On September 30, 2005, the International Bureau and Wireless Bureau granted Loral Space & Communications Ltd (DIP) consent to transfer control of certain of its subsidiaries and the FCC licenses held by these entities, including Loral SpaceCom Corporation ("Loral SpaceCom—) and Loral Skynet Network Services, Inc. ("Loral Skynet Network Services"), to Loral Space & Communications Inc. ("Loral").! The post—consummation corporate structure charts provided with the above—referenced applications erroncously excluded an intermediate parent company of Loral SpaceCom and Loral Skynet Network Services called Loral Satellite, Inc. Prior to Loral Space & Communications Ltd. (DIP)‘s emergence from bankruptcy, Loral Satellite, Inc, did not hold the stock of any other entities in the Loral corporate structure and Loral was planning to dissolve this company prior to emerging from bankruptcy. Upon finalizing the final corporate structure for emergence from bankruptcy, Loral decided to retain this company as a wholly owned subsidiary of Loral Skynet Corporation that would own the stock of Loral SpaceCom Corporation, as set forth in the attached chart. Loral Satellite, Inc. does not conduct any operating businesses and holds no FCC licenses.
