DIP ("Loral Orion"), Loral SpaceCom Corporation DIP ("Loral SpaceCom") and Loral Skynet Network Services, Inc. DIP ("Loral Skynet") (jointly referred to as the "Applicants"), to Loral Space & Communications Inc. ("Loral").! In accordance with the Fourth Amended Joint Plan of Reorganization filedby the Applicants in the Bankruptcy Court: (1) Loral Skynet has emerged from DIP status and become Loral Skynet Network Services, Inc. and the licenses and authorizations previously held by Loral 1 See Applications of Loral Space & Communications Ltd. In addition, on September 30, 2005, the Wireless Telecommunication Bureau consented to the transfer of control of Loral SpaceCom Corporation (DIP) and Space Systems/Loral, Inc. (DIP) and wireless licenses held by these entitics. See File Nos. 0002221736 and 0002221758. Separate FCC Form 603 notifications will be filed for these authorizations.
