("Telenor") hereby files this notification of consummation for the above—referenced pro forma transfer of control authorizations. On August 16, 2005, the Commission released a Public Notice, Report No. SES— 00741, authorizing the pro forma transfer of control over Telenor Satellite, Inc., the Commission licensee. As we noted in our initial applications and the Commission noted in the August 16 Public Notice, the pro forma transaction was actually consummated on April 15, 2002, but through an inadvertent oversight, we did not seek Commission authorization at that time. Appropriate Commission staff have been advised of our oversight, and as we stated previously in our transfer of control application, we have put internal safeguards in place to ensure that such oversights do not occur in the future.
