("MCI), which hold FCC licenses and authorizations that are subject to applications for transfer of control to Verizon Communications Inc. ("Verizon"). These changes are purely administrative and do not involve any change in ownership or operation of any of the MCI subsidiaries. The above—referenced applications are hereby amended to reflect the new names of the licensees, as follows: The name of MCI WorldCom Communications, Inc. has been changed to MCI Communications Services, Inc., effective June 1, 2005. In addition to a blanket domestic section 214 authorization, MCI Communications Services, Inc. holds the international section 214 authorizations that are the subject of IBFS File No. ITC— T/C—20050314—00095. By electronic filing in the Commuission‘s Universal Licensing System ("ULS"), ULS File No. 0002071884 is also being amended to reflect this name change. The name of MCI WorldCom Network Services, Inc. has been changed to MCI Network Services, Inc., effective June 1, 2005. In addition to a blanket domestic section 214 authorization, MCI Network Services, Inc. holds the international section 214 authorizations that are the subject of IBFS File No. ITC—T/C— 20050314—00099 and the satellite earth station authorizations that are the subject of IBFS File No. SES—T/C—20050311—00338. By electronic filing, ULS File No. 0002071881 is also being amended to reflect this name change.

In addition to a blanket domestic section 214 authorization, MCI International Services, Inc. holds the international section 214 authorizations that are the subject of IBFS File No. ITC— T/C—20050314—00098, and the satellite earth station authorizations that are the subject of IBFS File No. SES—T/C—20050314—00321. e The name of WorldCom International Mobile Services, Inc. has been changed to MCI International Mobile Services, Inc., effective June 1, 2005. MCI International Mobile Services, Inc. holds a blanket domestic 214 authorization. An amended Exhibit 2 to Applicants‘ application to transfer control of domestic section 214 authorizations, reflecting these name changes and revising the description of the pending Military Communications Center transaction, is also being submitted as Attachment A to this letter. In addition, MCI‘s Form 602 and the proposed combined Verizon—MCI Form 602 have been updated to reflect these name changes.
