("NSSBV") and New Skies Satellites Holdings, Ltd. ("New Skies Holdings "), this letter advises the Commission, pursuant to Section 25.119(f) of its rules,l that NSSBV and New Skies Holdings consummated the pro forma transfer of control of six non-common carrier fixed satellite service earth station licenses held by New Skies Networks, Inc. on May 13, 2005.
