("NSSBV") and New Skies Satellites Holdings, Ltd. ("New Skies Holdings"), by their attorneys, respectfully request additional time to complete the pro forma transfer of control of the above—referenced earth station licenses held by New Skies Networks, Inc. ("New Skies Networks"). On February 25, 2005, the International Bureau authorized a pro forma transfer of control of the earth station licenses from NSSBV, New Skies Networks® current parent company, to New Skies Holdings, a newly formed holding company, pursuant to a corporate reorganization and planned initial public offering of New Skies Holdings. Pursuant to Section 25.119 of the Commission‘s rules, the deadline for consummating this transaction is 60 days after authorization.‘ Thus, the closing deadline is Tuesday, April 26, 2005. An extension is needed because not all of the conditions to the closing of the transaction have yet been satisfied. Specifically, the parties are still waiting for approval of the corporate reorganization and initial public offering from the United States Securities and Exchange Commission. The parties cannot close the transaction before obtaining this additional regulatory approval. Accordingly, NSSBV and New Skies Holdings respectfully request an additional 60 days, until Monday, June 27, 2005, in which to consummate the transaction. 147 C.F.R. §25.119.
