SES-T/C-20040413-00546 and SES-T/C-20040413-00547). Additionally, this same exhibit should be attached (again, as a minor amendment) to the Metrocall USA, Inc. transfer of control application submitted electronically on April 12, 2004 (no file number has yet been assigned to this application, but the Submission ID number is IB2004000771).
