12. Description. United Teleports respectfully requests earth station special temporary authority for a period of 60 days beginning on April 28, 2021 to permit its E160081 earth station to use extended Ku-band frequencies to provide Tracking, Telemetry and Command to support the relocation of the ASTRA 2C spacecraft to 72.5 W.L. A full description of the proposed operations is provided in an amendment application, file number SES-AFS-20210413-00673. The request is in the public interest because it will ensure safe satellite operations without causing interference to authorized users.

13. By checking Yes, the undersigned certifies that neither applicant nor any other party to the application is subject to a denial of Federal benefits that includes FCC benefits pursuant to Section 5301 of the Anti-Drug Act of 1988, 21 U.S.C.
