12. Description. SES Americom, Inc. respectfully requests immediate earth station special temporary authority for a period of 60 days to permit SES to use its E920698 earth station to perform Tracking, Telemetry and Command for the ASTRA 3A spacecraft, pending action on an application to modify the E920698 license (file no. SES-MFS-20191208-01643).
