12. Description. Intelsat License LLC herein requests an additional 60 days of Special Temporary Authority previously granted to Intelsat to use its Riverside, California Ku-band earth station (Call Sign E020126) to provide telemetry, tracking, and command services for HISPASAT 143W-1 during its drift to and at 143 W.L.
13. By checking Yes, the undersigned certifies that neither applicant nor any other party to the application is subject to a denial of Federal benefits that includes FCC benefits pursuant to Section 5301 of the Anti-Drug Act of 1988, 21 U.S.C.
