12. Description. SES Americom, Inc. requests special temporary authority for a period of 30 days beginning November 8, 2019 to permit earth station E930436 to communicate with the Dutch-licensed NSS-6 spacecraft in order to provide telemetry, tracking and control for the satellite at 86.8 W.L. SES is not seeking U.S. market access for the satellite. Please see IBFS Submission ID IB2019003772 for technical details. Please see the attached for the public interest statement.
