12. Description. XTAR is commercial owner operator of 2 commercial X-band satellites. We are planning to attend SOFIC 2019 in Tampa, FL (20-23 May, 2019) and respectfully request a RFA/STA to demonstrate a live X-band SATCOM feed to the many DoD personnel that are present, which will help showcase the unique properties of this important government-only RF band to a DoD audience.
