12. Description. SES Americom, Inc. requests special temporary authority for a period of 30 days beginning April 26, 2019 to permit earth station E050287 to communicate with the Dutch-licensed NSS-6 spacecraft in order to provide telemetry, tracking and control during and after drift of the satellite to 86.8 W.L. SES is not seeking U.S. market access for the satellite. Please see IBFS Submission ID IB2019000836 for legal and technical details.
