The licensee respectfully requests STA to begin operation of the transportable earth station E010146 using the parameters sought in the modification application filed on August 14, 2018 (see attachment 1). Due to a backlog in filings and subsequent closing of the FCC, the modification application has yet to go out on an Accepted for Filing public 13.
