12. Description. Due to the retirement of its chief engineer and miscommunication s between him and the licensee, the licensee inadvertently failed to file it license renewal prior to the 10/23/2017 expiration date of itslicense. The licensee greatly regrets its error. The licensee filed a request for STA, STA-20181003-02904, which was granted and expires on December 10, 2018. The licensee has also filed an application for a new license, SES-LIC-INTR2018-07337, on October 11, 2018, which is pending. Consequently, the licensee respectfully requests extension of the STA to operate until the new license is granted.
13. By checking Yes, the undersigned certifies that neither applicant nor any other party to the application is subject to a denial of Federal benefits that includes FCC benefits pursuant to Section 5301 of the Anti-Drug Act of 1988, 21 U.S.C.
