12. Description. REQUESTING OPERATING AUTHORTY FOR A UPLINK IN C-BAND. MODULATION IS MPEG-2 DVB-2 COMPRESSED VIDEO USING 3MHZ BANDWITH ON G-11 TRANSPONDER 19-C. ALL UPLINK DATA HAS BEEN REVIEWED AND PASSED INTELSAT ENGINEERING FOR ANTENNA TESTING. BECAUSE THE LOCATION HAD A UNUSED UPLINK SYSTEM NO INTERFERRANCE IS PREDICKED. THIS LOCATION HAD A SIMILAR UPLINK WHICH IS BEING REPLACED BY AN THE NEW ANTENNA AND ELECTRONICS SYSTEMS.
