- E260416 | SES-LIC-20260601-01505 - SpaceX Services seeks a 60-day STA to receive in the 42.0-42.5 GHz band at the gateway earth station proposed in the underlying earth station application listed in field 3 of this application, in Phoenix, Arizona. Operations under this STA will be on a non-harmful interference basis. To the extent necessary, SpaceX Services seeks a waiver of Section 2.106 to permit SpaceX Services to temporarily conduct the proposed operations while the underlying earth station application is pending. This STA will serve the public interest by promoting the health and safety of SpaceX's NGSO constellations and supporting robust next-generation satellite broadband for consumers.
