- Intelsat License LLC ("Intelsat") herein requests an additional 30 days of Special Temporary Authority ("STA") to use its Nuevo, California C-band earth station, E040125, to provide LEOP services for the GISAT-1A satellite. Specifically, Intelsat requests extension of the STA (including any waivers) previously granted by the FCC in ICFS file no. SES-STA-20260604-01582. Intelsat expects the LEOP period to last approximately one week upon launch of GISAT-1A, which is now projected to be no earlier than September 4, 2026.
