13. Description: E260528 | SES-LIC-20260724-02108 - SpaceX Services seeks a 60-day STA for the operations proposed in the underlying earth station application listed in field 3 of this application, in Ponce, Puerto Rico. This gateway will protect terrestrial and space systems in shared spectrum bands, as set forth in the underlying earth station application. Operations under this STA will be on a non-harmful interference basis. To the extent necessary, SpaceX Services seeks waivers of Sections 2.106, 25.115(f)(1), and 25.146(a)(2) to permit SpaceX Services to temporarily conduct the proposed operations while the underlying earth station application is pending. Good cause exists for granting these waivers for at least the reasons provided in the underlying application’s Narrative and Waiver Requests, which are provided with this STA request. This STA will serve the public interest by promoting the health and safety of SpaceX's NGSO constellations and supporting robust next-generation satellite broadband for consumers.
