12. Description. Universal Space Network is requesting authority to use its Hawaiian earth station to support the In-Orbit-Testing of the Sirius/XM Radio's FM8 spacecraft (call sign S3033). Communications shall consist of ranging, telemetry, telecommand, and payload calibration. The request of this STA is for 30 days (21 days of nominal support with 9 days of contingency).
