12. Description. Astro Digital US, Inc. requests special temporary authority for 180 days to communicate with the Sherpa-LTE1 spacecraft (SAT-STA-20210205-00017), which is owned and controlled by Spaceflight Inc., commencing on the deployment of the spacecraft, which is presently scheduled to occur between June 24 and July 31, 2021.

By checking Yes, the undersigned certifies that neither applicant nor any other party to the application is subject to a denial of Federal benefits that includes FCC benefits pursuant to Section 5301 of the Anti-Drug Act of 1988, 21 U.S.C.
