12. Description. AT&T Corp. requests grant of special temporary authorization for an additional 60 days to add a new 11 m Ku-band antenna at its Roaring Creek, PA earth station (call sign E110107) to communicate with the Telstar 11N spacecraft (call sign S2357) in the conventional and extended Ku-band. See modification SES-MFS-20210106-00005 and SES-STA-20210107-00014. Pursuant to FCC Rule 1.62, AT&T will continue to operate its Roaring Creek earth station pursuant to the terms and conditions of its existing STA pending action on this timely filed renewal.

13. By checking Yes, the undersigned certifies that neither applicant nor any other party to the application is subject to a denial of Federal benefits that includes FCC benefits pursuant to Section 5301 of the Anti-Drug Act of 1988, 21 U.S.C.
