12. Description. MCI seeks an STA prior to license approval to operate auto-tracking antennas communicating in Ka-band frequencies with the O3b NGSO satellite network, call sign S2935, to provide critical connectivity services for the Navajo Nation during the COVID-19 pandemic, including telehealth and distance learning.
