- Between January and May 2021, Applicant is planning a 5-month dual illumination period on SES-3 transponders 3C and 20C, to support the migration of its stations and affiliates to 20C. To avoid the cost and the diminished reliability of uplinking to 3C from an alternate location, Applicant requests to temporarily use the 4.5 meter antenna associated with E900570 at its Miami, Florida Doral campus. In order to do so, however, it would need to temporarily increase the licensed transmit power at the flange from 200 to 350 watts. Additionally, it would seek to increase the Maximum Aggregate Output EIRP for all carriers from 69.51 to 71.94 dBW. An updated frequency coordination study and, if useful, a draft Form 312 listing the current parameters for Antennas #1-#3 and the requested STA parameters for Antenna #4 is attached for reference.
