12. Description. Alascom, Inc. requests a 60-day extension of its special temporary authorization to construct and operate a new back-up Ka-band antenna at its Crooked Creek earth station (call sign E2197) that will communicate with DIRECTV's SPACEWAY-2 (call sign S2133) at 138.9 W.L. The technical details for the Ka-band antenna are provided in the pending Modification Application and are incorporated by reference herein. See SES-MOD-20191107-01463 and SES-STA-20191108-01506. Pursuant to Section 1.62 of the Commission's rules, Alascom will continue to operate pursuant to the terms and conditions of its existing STA pending action on this timely filed renewal.

13. By checking Yes, the undersigned certifies that neither applicant nor any other party to the application is subject to a denial of Federal benefits that includes FCC benefits pursuant to Section 5301 of the Anti-Drug Act of 1988, 21 U.S.C.
