12. Description.
USN ground station in Hawaii shall be used to assist Maxar (Space Systems Loral) and Sirius XM Radio during the final parking orbit LEOP and follow on In Orbit Testing of the Sirius FM7 spacecraft (S3033). Communications shall consist of telemetry, telecommand, and payload calibration for the spacecraft. Support is expected to begin on November 15th and end on December 7th.
