12. Description. DIRECTV Enterprises, LLC (DIRECTV)requests special temporary authority for an additional 30 days to operate its Castle Rock, Colorado earth station (Call Sign E930304) to drift DIRECTV's T8 satellite (Call Sign S2632) from 100.75 W.L. to 119.05 W.L. Per FCC Rule 1.62, DIRECTV will continue to operate its Castle Rock earth station pursuant to the terms and conditions of its existing STA pending action on this timely filed renewal.

13. By checking Yes, the undersigned certifies that neither applicant nor any other party to the application is subject to a denial of Federal benefits that includes FCC benefits pursuant to Section 5301 of the Anti-Drug Act of 1988, 21 U.S.C.
