12. Description. SES respectfully requests an extension of Special Temporary Authority (STA) for a period of 180 days beginning September 3rd, 2020 to continue the services operated out of the 9.0m antenna earth station (call sign # E170198) located at Port St. Lucie, FL, as the Ext. Ku band license application has been in pending since 9/20/2017.
13. By checking Yes, the undersigned certifies that neither applicant nor any other party to the application is subject to a denial of Federal benefits that includes FCC benefits pursuant to Section 5301 of the Anti-Drug Act of 1988, 21 U.S.C.
