Spire Global, Inc. (Spire) respectfully requests a 60-day special temporary authority (STA), beginning on September 28, 2020, to commence its operations at a new address for its WBUGS earth station in Boulder, Colorado. Spire submitted an application SES-MOD-20200828-00938 to change the address of its WBUGS earth station and incorporates by reference the supporting materials submitted with that filing. Continued authority to operate this earth station while the underlying license application remains pending, will allow Spire to communicate with its ināˆ’orbit satellites and provide service, which serves the public interest. Pursuant to 47 C.F.R. Section 1.62, Spire will continue operation of this earth station pending action on the instant application.
