12. Description. GUSA Licensee LLC (together with its parent Globalstar, Inc., ('Globalstar')) is seeking a 60-day extension of its existing STA, so that it can continue to operate an additional gateway earth station antenna at Clifton, TX primarily for testing purposes, including the testing and validation of two new waveforms for use over Globalstar's MSS network.
