GCL Licensee LLC (together with its parent Globalstar, Inc., ('Globalstar')) is seeking a 60-day Special Temporary Authority ('STA') in order to operate a second-generation feeder link antenna under gateway earth station call sign E990337 at Las Palmas, Puerto Rico. Under the proposed STA, Globalstar will use this earth station antenna to carry commercial mobile satellite service traffic and also to test and validate two new waveforms.
