- USN's Hawaiian ground station shall be used to assist MAXAR (Space Systems Loral) and Sirius XM Radio during the Launch and early orbit (LEOP) parking and In Orbit Testing (IOT) of the Sirius FM7 replacement spacecraft (call sign S3033). Communication shall consist of telemetry, telecommanding, ranging, and IOT calibration of the satellite. LEOP and IOT shall last approximately 30 days after launch expected on or about 1 August 2020.
