12. Description. SES Americom, Inc. requests to extend the special temporary authority it received under file number SES-STA-20191208-01667 for an additional 30 days beginning on February 9, 2020 to operate E050287 to communicate with the Dutch-licensed NSS-6 spacecraft in order to provide telemetry, tracking and control for the satellite at 86.8 W.L. SES is not seeking U.S. market access for the satellite.
