12. Description. Request for Special Temporary Authority for a period of 30 days commencing January 20, 2020 to conduct antenna tests including reception of signals initiated at Holmdel, NJ in the 11450-12200 MHz band. A waiver of U.S. footnote NG52 is requested for the 11.45-11.7 GHz portion of the band.

13.
