12. Description. Intelsat License LLC herein requests 30 days of Special Temporary Authority, commencing January 23, 2020, to use its Castle Rock, Colorado Ku-band earth station (Call Sign KL92) to provide telemetry, tracking, and command services for HISPASAT 143W-1 during its drift to and at 143 W.L.

13.
