12. Description. SES Americom, Inc. requests special temporary authority for a period of 30 days beginning January 15, 2020 to permit earth station E190099 to communicate with the Dutch-licensed NSS-6 spacecraft in order to provide telemetry, tracking and control during drift to and operation of the satellite at 169.5 W.L., the satellite's authorized orbital location. See attachment.
