12. Description. AC BidCo LLC respectfully requests special temporary authority for a period of 60 days beginning on or before December 2, 2019, to allow use of wider bandwidth emissions for a limited number of ESAA terminals. STA is sought pending action on a modification application seeking regular authority for these emissions, File No. SES-MFS-20191112-01456. See Attachment.
