12. Description. COMSAT, Inc. respectfully requests extension of Special Temporary Authority to operate the Santa Paula Teleport Hub antennas which are the subject of application for permanent authorization under file number SES-MOD-20190513-00605 to communicate with the Eutelsat 117 WA (S2873) at 116.8 W.L. and SES-1 (S2807) at 101 W.L. satellites in the standard Ku-band. Eutelsat 117 WA (S2873) at 116.8 W.L. SES-1 (S2807) at 101 W.L.

By checking Yes, the undersigned certifies that neither applicant nor any other party to the application is subject to a denial of Federal benefits that includes FCC benefits pursuant to Section 5301 of the Anti-Drug Act of 1988, 21 U.S.C.
