12. Description. COMSAT, Inc. ('COMSAT') respectfully requests a grant of Special Temporary Authority effective November 1, 2019 to allow COMSAT to operate the Santa Paula Teleport Hub antennas which are the subject of application for permanent authorization under file number SES-MFS-20191010-01282 to communicate with the following Satellites in the Standard and Extended Ku-band while the Commission processes the application
