12. Description. SES Americom, Inc. requests a 180-day extension of the special temporary authority granted under file number SES-STA-20190325-00400. The current authority to permit earth station KA288 to communicate with the Dutch-licensed NSS-6 spacecraft in order to provide telemetry, tracking and control to the satellite operating at 86.8 W.L is set to expire on December 4, 2019 and SES seeks to extend it to June 2, 2020.

13.
