12. Description. AC BidCo LLC respectfully requests a 60-day extension of the special temporary authority it was granted in File No. SES-STA-20190802-01016 allowing ESAA terminals to communicate with Anik F1R, call sign S2674, in the conventional Ku-band frequencies. AC BidCo incorporates by reference the supporting information that was submitted in File No. SES-STA-20190802-01016.

By checking Yes, the undersigned certifies that neither applicant nor any other party to the application is subject to a denial of Federal benefits that includes FCC benefits pursuant to Section 5301 of the Anti-Drug Act of 1988, 21 U.S.C.
