12. Description. Applicant is seeking Special Temporary Authority to operate a previously authorized satellite truck facility with call sign E040058, for which it inadvertently allowed the license to expire on March 15, 2019, and for which it currently has an application pending to relicense. The application appeared on public notice in September 4, 2019, as accepted for filing. Due to an upcoming event, the applicant is seeking to operate with the previously authorized facility for which a pending application is nearing grantability.
13. By checking Yes, the undersigned certifies that neither applicant nor any other party to the application is subject to a denial of Federal benefits that includes FCC benefits pursuant to Section 5301 of the Anti-Drug Act of 1988, 21 U.S.C.
