12. Description. Globecomm requests a 60-day extension of STA, beginning September 1, 2019, to continue operating six new, 1.2-meter VSAT remote terminal types under its VSAT Earth station license (E000277) for communications with the AMC-21 satellite (S2676). Pursuant to Rule 1.62, Globecomm will continue to operate under the terms and conditions of its existing STA pending action on this renewal request.

By checking Yes, the undersigned certifies that neither applicant nor any other party to the application is subject to a denial of Federal benefits that includes FCC benefits pursuant to Section 5301 of the Anti-Drug Act of 1988, 21 U.S.C.
